In healthcare, we should embrace the reality that science and literature can change over time, and so can our treatment practices. We should continue to be curious about new evidence and approaches that can improve our outcomes and patient satisfaction. Physical therapy is a relatively young field compared to medicine, and the science behind it is constantly evolving and challenging our existing beliefs. We should not be afraid to question our assumptions and learn from our experiences. Are there any ideas you had and changed? For example, I used to scoff at MSK ultrasound, thinking it was a scam for suckers and charlatans. Now I use it to bridge a gap in diagnostics in appropriate cases.
