My first guest on Orca Pods is the visionary Sebastian Sauca the co-founder of technology compliance company SafeRec. In this episode Sebastien and I talk about his background in recruitment, where the idea of SafeRec was born, the journey it’s taken from idea, to inception, to what SafeRec is today and will continue to be tomorrow. Dishonest Umbrella companies give the industry such a bad name. That's why we're so passionate about our approach. Compliance and honesty shouldn't be a USP - it's the bare minimum. Thanks for sharing, I'll give this a listen!
