Intervue.io platform utilizes technology for skill-based assessments and automated tools to screen applications, optimizing engineering resources. The Intervue.io panel is diverse to incorporate various perspectives and minimize biases. Initially, we experienced a low hit ratio, revealing that the criteria set for the internal review panel were not adequately clear. We reviewed numerous videos to gauge the effectiveness of our evaluation process. Coordinating and conducting interviews can be time-consuming for internal engineering teams.
