I can sense my surroundings cooling down as I bid a silent farewell to the setting sun today.
The colder months are approaching and I can see the mountains shrugging off the year's worth of living and preparing itself for a deep slumber.
The environment around it as in sensing the re-treat is slowing itself down
hushing itself into a cooler, quieter state.
As the gardens dress up in marigolds and people adorn their motorbikes in their garlands I can’t help but ponder how festivals have stopped enveloping me in their warmth.
Perhaps it's because we're juggling too many responsibilities, or maybe everything has become too objective-driven; I struggle to feel that deep connection.
While the wind blows in its lulling energy, bringing in wafts of cool breeze, I try to remind myself of the meaning of what today represents.
The victory of good over evil - sounds so simple yet is so complex in today’s world. I think on a micro level it might appear something like -
✨ To differentiate between the two, in a world where everything is marketed under the garb of good, by having a personal ethical code of conduct and values.
✨ To develop a keen sense of awareness to call out wrongdoings, and have the courage to right our own wrongdoings.
✨To embrace differences, and not see it as an attack but rather as an opportunity to learn and grow by encouraging dialogue and understanding.
✨ To keep our enthusiasm, curiosity and compassion alive in these trying times.
✨ To making sure we grab every available chance to nurture our inner spirit, and passion, and lead our lives with what defines us.
Wishing we all get the chance to sit down and reflect on how far have we come, just as nature is planning for its hibernation, so we can keep bringing our best selves forward. 🍂

So, my “Thanksgiving” went something like this:
Thanksgiving in my culture is more like an everyday thing, and though culture is unique and the way of life of a people, I decided to celebrate it a bit differently.
I took a trip to go see my best friend, and instead of partaking in the festivities, we went trailing. For him (and the others), it might have been nothing, but for me, it was everything. It was more of a learning experience, and I thought I might let you in on my discoveries.
1. Do whatever makes you absolutely happy- while we (4 of us in total) were there walking, everyone was so caught up in their own little world, I was having the time of my life. The melodies of the known and the unknown; dry and moist grounds beneath my sole; the playful, yet conniving wind against my face was just simply magical.
2. A change in environment will produce a change in mood (not so much of a discovery)- Nature preserves are waaaay better than the city. Also, I’m close to mastering the art of enjoying my solitude in foreign spaces.
3. Dance like noone is watching (literally)- Often we get caught up with the thoughts surrounding what others think about us. Hear what? What does it matter? People are going to talk regardless. Do you!
4. You don’t have eternity; start now!- Time waits on no man. Whatever you want to do, do it now, even if you’re scared. Besides, if you’re not scared, is it even worth it?

💫 When my arrival was announced, I was welcomed as the “helm of the ship”, and this year we have definitely traveled the course together as a global force in real estate.
📈 More than 1.5 million licensees are active with National Association of REALTORS®, over 60 thousand already lost in 2023 and this is projected to go much higher, as the upcoming year is a mandatory continuing education renewal.
🏔️ Indisputably one of the most challenging years in the history of real estate, I am immensely proud that RE/MAX Legends Chicagoland is finishing the year as the leader in closed volume* of over 40 offices in the Oak Brook territory as well as the leader in highest net agent count for recruit & retention in all of Illinois of 146 REMAX offices.
🎯With our most recent expansion, that is to be revealed soon, we may very well be the number one office in the region and perhaps the nation! We will proudly receive our award in Vegas this March 2024… stay tuned.
⭐️ Thank you to all of the Legends that welcomed me and those that have joined right along side me. You exemplify the excellence within Pareto’s Principle of the 80/20 rule, which is such a prevalent demonstration in our industry.
🤍Looking forward to continued growth, both personally and professionally, with this dynamic group.
