One of the reasons I love the work we get to do at Indigo is that it's so multi-disciplinary - every day, I get to work with farmers, scientists, marketers, statisticians, engineers, and policy experts. However, the multi-disciplinary nature of this work also comes with its challenges, as we are collectively tasked to navigate many complex and evolving spaces. Our goal is to enable supply chains to create, and then recognize, the shared value that regenerative agriculture can bring to the overall system.
