Returning to the office has been a positive experience for some and a stressful experience for others. It comes with re-adapting to a commute, an office environment, re-establishing relationships, and developing new ones. Communication is the key to building and maintaining relationships; however, we all have been guilty of poor communication or conversation killers (whether you want to admit it or not). I know I am! What I have learned is that soft skills are critical in all relationships. Let’s be honest, not all of us possess these skills.
