Let's honor Women's History Month through empowering women. Women are more ambitious than ever, with workplace flexibility fueling their aspirations. Yet, women's representation still lags behind. According to the McKinsey Women in the Workplace 2023 report, ➡️Women make up only 28% of the C-suite. ➡️Women represent roughly one in four C-suite leaders, and women of color just one in 16. ➡️Nine in ten women under the age of 30 want to be promoted to the next level. ➡️Three in four aspire to become senior leaders.
