Sharing a slide from our internal deck on GenAI, that could give a sense about the most impactful use cases and longer-term disruption based on our work to date

Many enterprises we encounter have some form of GenAI experimentation programme underway. The result of such work is often a handful of interesting use cases that currently exist in a proof-of-concept state.    But how many companies have managed to cross the gap from proof-of-concept to GenAI tools in production? In our experience, very few. The challenge is that it's very easy to build an application that performs with 70% reliability, but very tough to develop GenAI tools with reliability in excess of 95%.
