Founders: When transitioning from founder-led sales to your first VP hire, consider how to avoid some common mistakes (2/3): Take your hand off the back of the bike. Teach the process that got you where you are, establish guideposts, then make room. Little to no handholding and creating space. They have to challenge (or kill) what you made in order to make something that will serve you long-term.
