Gratitude. It's crazy how it can overwhelm you in the toughest of times. Healthcare can be tough. Rising costs, reimbursement cuts, staffing shortages. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the "funk". In the chaos. It's easy to lose sight of what's important. Recently I've been questioning my career path. Was I meant to be a Physical Therapist? Am I supposed to be in management? What is my path?!? Where am I headed?!? And then... in a span of less than 24 hours, my staff of outpatient Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants potentially saved two lives. Very different situations, but with an excellent emergency response plan, incredible teamwork, and a proactive approach to red flags picked up during medical screening we potentially saved two lives. Gratitude... For my team. For my education. For my path. Gratitude that we get to change lives every single day. It's not always easy, but man.... it sure is worth it.

In fact, the billing forecast is showing expected overall reimbursements amounts increasing by 11%. ✅ Re-branded and promoted an alternative revenue stream enhancing her wellness program that's already bringing in extra revenue. ✅ Fired and hired new front desk staff and trained them to DRIVE in new patients and keep the ones they have.
