Above Space advances propulsion System for 2024 free flying orbital mission providing micro-g and dynamic environments at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration Space Center Above: Space Development announced the successful test of its proprietary propulsion control system for its Prometheus free-flying orbital mission by Q4 2024. All tests performed as expected. The scalable Prometheus will include three regulated voltage rails and up to 29W of continuous power. It will also feature an integrated thermal control system, bus Integration and up/down links for communications and data. "Together with our test partner at NASA, Above: Space successfully validated our proprietary propulsion system which will be used to maneuver our 150U Prometheus payload platform next year," says Rhonda Stevenson, chief executive officer of Above: Space. Axiom and other companies are gearing up for the not too distant future when humans travel between orbiting stations and celestial objects - Moon, Mars... But we have not ramped up the off world workforce system which will require thousands of 'space ready' people in all careers, from Med Techs, RNs, and Drs to Construction and Manufacturing Trades, QC and Auditing, Emergency Response Techs, Communications and Installation Techs, Physical and Mental Gealth Therapists and so much more. We need to begin training these folks now in Analog settings so we are ready for Go when the hardware and infrastructure are done. Axiom Space let's get ahead of the curve!

Lots of people and initiatives self-organizing in the contemporary innovation environment to form #multistakeholder #communities around spaceflight and health, which is the say at the intersection of #health and #performance risks amid environmental stressors and their mitigation outside of the reach of institutional care. Now what we need is a #thirdspace for overarching evaluation of #science & #technology program performance by representative peers unencumbered by remits and incentives within those programs.
