Average number of calories burned in 30 minutes of- Running: 295 calories Cycling: 295 calories Swimming: 255 calories Yoga: 193 Walking: 100 I hate running so cycling it is! 🙂 Cardio is great for burning calories. We have higher intensity cardio (running, cycling) and lower intensity cardio (walking, yoga). The exact number of calories burned depends on several factors such as weight, duration, pace and intensity. Higher intensity cardio gives you more bang for your Buck!
