In April 2022, three sailors committed suicide onboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). On December 6, 2023, the fleet of 400 Osprey aircraft were grounded after another in a long series of mishaps involving the airframe. In this blog, we discuss the deficiencies in the knowledge and skills needed for getting to the root causes of these complex issues. #complexproblems #comprehensivereform #problemsolving

Interesting blog. I wonder how recruitment contributes to these problems. I assume military personnel display the same ranges of personality that is prevalent in the general population, and not all good.
