↔️  Latest research highlights a growing disconnect between businesses’ and employees’ wellbeing priorities, with employers failing to meaningfully deliver on their commitments at risk of ‘wellbeing washing’. 📈 And this risk is increasing, with just 55% of employers stating they offer ‘good work’ across job autonomy, satisfaction and work-life balance, and 68% agreeing too much responsibility currently falls to employees to champion their health and wellbeing, rather than businesses prioritising a workplace environment and culture that authentically supports their people. 💡 In People Management magazine's latest article, Rippl’s CEO Christopher Brown highlights the importance of holistic approaches that focus on both employee uptake and ongoing engagement: 💭“Simply tracking sign-ups doesn’t tell the whole story. Employees may opt-in but then never engage with the programmes on offer. If HR teams only focus on sign-ups, they may never understand whether the benefit is truly valued. Often there is little consideration over whether the offering is right for their employees.
