As a separate and standalone company, we embark on this next chapter with the same unwavering commitment to being the preferred partner of cities and universities across the country, with unmatched in-house local operations and equity-based practices. Looking ahead, we believe the Spin-Bird partnership is a positive milestone for our two companies as well as the micromobility industry.
