This holistic approach is ideal for fostering collaboration and efficiency across the board, even though it may not be the current structure in all companies. 2️⃣ Silos:👀But we deal with Silos! 🌽 There is a need for collaboration across different departments, regardless of their reporting hierarchy, to ensure we work together towards a unified goal. It's crucial to understand that customer-related challenges concern the ENTIRE company, not just specific departments. 3️⃣ Unified Customer Experience: 🤝 Leaders and teams should set aside egos, budgets, etc., and work cohesively to create a seamless customer buying experience. Every aspect of the #CustomerJourney is a collective responsibility, underscoring the importance of unity and #teamwork in achieving organizational goals.
