Participants of the Blackstone Analyst Accelerator program, our 12-month development, mentorship and networking experience, gathered at our Chicago HQ for an inspiring two-day program that included talks from executive speakers, volunteering with CoreGiving, a competitive innovation challenge and valuable networking. Thanks to everyone who made this event unforgettable!

A huge thank you to our amazing Chicago and Dallas interns, as well as our Analyst Accelerator participants, for their hard work with North Texas Food Bank and Blessings in a Backpack! With nearly 16,000 meals packed and $16,000 donated via CoreGiving, your efforts are helping fight childhood hunger in our communities.

Mental health matters. At Revantage, our "Let's Talk" mental wellness forums give our teammates a safe space to speak openly about mental health, share experiences and support one another. We also offer free Headspace Health memberships, an Employee Assistance Program and host well-being speaker events, aimed at helping our teams navigate day-to-day challenges and other pressures on mental health, and overall wellbeing within the workplace. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
