🌟 Ensuring Bright Futures for Our Children: The Importance of #NDD Screening 🌟 As we strive for a more #inclusive and #supportive society, it's crucial to remember that our children are our future. Identifying and addressing #NeurodevelopmentalDisorders (NDD) early can make all the difference in their lives. NDD, including conditions like autism, #ADHD, and #learningdisabilities, often manifest early in childhood. Early screening and intervention not only #improve a child's quality of life but also pave the way for a more inclusive society by #reducingthestigma associated with these conditions. Here's why NDD screening is essential: 1️⃣ #EarlyIntervention: Identifying NDD early allows for timely intervention and tailored support, maximizing a child's developmental potential. 2️⃣ #EmpoweringFamilies: Screening equips parents and caregivers with knowledge, resources, and a network of support to navigate the challenges that may arise. 3️⃣ #ReducingStigma: Open conversations and awareness around NDD help break down stigmas, fostering a more accepting and inclusive society. 4️⃣ #Education and Advocacy: Screening results can guide educational institutions, policymakers, and advocacy groups to better allocate resources and support services. Join hands with Sri Aurobindo Society - Project Inclusion to promote NDD screening, support families, and create a world where every child, regardless of their developmental profile, can thrive and reach their full potential. 🌟 #NeurodevelopmentalDisorders #ChildhoodDevelopment #InclusiveSociety #EarlyIntervention #EmpowerFamilies

🎉 Happy DSP Week! 🎉 Impruvon Health is truly honored to support you! There is nothing better for me than hearing from a DSP or House Manager how easy Impruvon is to use, and how much stress it is saving their teams. I have personally interviewed well over 300 DSPs over the last 4 years and truly understand how difficult their job is, and unfortunately how under-appreciated they are. The medication management process DSPs are expected to follow is impossible to conduct on time, successfully on a daily basis. To make matters worse, DSPs are forced to try to manually navigate it with file cabinets, 3 ring binders, and when mistakes or errors occur they are always the one to blame leading to absurd turnover rates for DSPs (upwards of 65%). This is a process problem, not a people problem. Impruvon Health permits a simplified and streamlined regulatory compliant process, saving enough time to enable DSPs to complete competing tasks they otherwise could not, ultimately improving the health of the individuals they serve.
🌟 Happy Direct Support Professional (DSP) Week from Impruvon Health! 🌟 This week we extend our gratitude to the dedicated DSPs who uplift the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) nationwide! Your tireless commitment is truly inspiring. Impruvon Health is proud to work so closely with DSPs and their supporting provider agencies day in and day out. We couldnt be happier with the feedback we get from DSPs every day - "I cant believe it is so easy" because we know this is not the standard. It is our mission to simplify and streamline your complexities and stressors so that you can focus on delivering exceptional care. Your dedication shines and we are honored to support you. Happy DSP Week! 🎉 #dspweek #impruvonhealth #dsp #idd #directsupportprofessionals

Hi LinkedIn, to all my disability / rehab science / assistive tech friends: I have a colleague who is working on her dissertation and she is trying to find conferences to send work to that have specifically a disability / disability research focus. When is the next RESNA conference (I know there's not one this year)? Are there other conferences that you'd recommend? Saw that CSUN just passed in march. Any advice would be appreciated. #resna #assistivetechnology #csun #conferences #disabilityresearch

We're proud to have participated in the Buckland Review of Autism Employment. This review has the potential to revolutionise inclusive workspaces for people who have learning disabilities or autism. https://lnkd.in/dSMfUbev Check out the 19 practical recommendations for employers and government, to tackle the fact that only 30% of working age autistic people are currently in employment and championing the productivity benefits of a neurodiverse workforce. For people with learning disabilities the statistics are even more shocking – only 5% of people in paid employment, despite 86% wanting to work. At SeeAbility, we envision inclusive communities where everyone is treated equally. Our supported employment program, is the key to making this vision a reality. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eX3bq6KJ We are ‘Ready, Willing, and Able’ to collaborate with employers for an inclusive future!
