#podcast hosts and aficionados in my network, I could use your help! I'm in between conferences right now, catching up on projects and client work before I head back out. One such project is starting a podcast with Meg Fairchild, produced by Dean Castile ... and I have the feeling this is going to be a whole lot of fun! We're in 1st iteration MVP mode. We came up with some topics. Meg and I sat down to talk. Dean wrote us some music. (and produced this really nicely!) Honestly, we don't even have a title for the podcast yet. (Suggestions welcome!) We're hosting these on YouTube just to get them out, but trust me, this will not be the cover image for all time! This first episode is my hot take on the Association for Talent Development (ATD) TechKnowledge conference a couple weeks ago. Questions we have for you: (1) What would you call a podcast from TorranceLearning about all things learning & development? Future episodes will be on the AI Boyfriend Hackathon, Pencil Sketch Wireframes, AI in L&D, Learn (sic) Coffee, etc. (2) We thought we'd keep each episode in the 10-20 minute range. What do you do think about that? (3) Would you want to hear from guests (sorta like Betty Dannewitz does)? What about if we tackled challenges sent in from listeners? Do you want to know how we think about the work we do? (4) Where do you listen to your podcasts? On Matthew Pierce's suggestion, we'll use Captivate.fm to push out to all the major ones ... but we want to make sure we're not missing anything.
