When does a finance function require an interim solution? Successful finance funtions provide business insights through data analysis, stay up to date with changing regulations etc. The common resource enabling them to become successful, is the availability of appropriate support. 🔑 However, businesses still experience that there is a mismatch between available finance talent and the demands of the finance departments. Global economic uncertainty has also made it difficult for finance departments to determine their long-term staffing needs, and firms are careful about hiring employees permanently. 🌍 Certain events, as change in the employee circumstances, major business opportunities etc. occour regardless of the availability of talents and global economic trends. During such events, finance leaders must consider an interim solution, to get the talent for a specific period of time. If your finance function encounter any of the below scenarios, then it is time to conider an interim solution. - Departure of key personal: Due to challenges in replacing highly skilled personnel, businesses could suffer from personnel gaps in critical areas for several months.
