🎉 Thrilled to announce the publication of our latest research in IEEE Access! Our study, "Heart Disease Detection Using Feature Extraction and Artificial Neural Networks: A Sensor-Based Approach," leverages the power of machine learning to pioneer a novel method for heart disease diagnosis. Our interdisciplinary team developed an innovative system that combines feature extraction methods and signal processing techniques with the precision of artificial neural networks (ANN). By utilizing a sensor array to analyze the gases released by the human body, our system accurately identifies unique scent patterns indicative of heart disease, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of over 85% in most cases. This breakthrough could significantly enhance early detection and treatment strategies, potentially saving countless lives. Our approach not only showcases the potential of combining traditional medical diagnostics with cutting-edge technology but also opens new avenues for personalized healthcare monitoring.
