Regional Growth Partnership’s Post

Officials from Japan and other Midwest states will descend upon Columbus in September for the 54th annual Midwest US-Japan Conference in an effort to continue to foster economic collaboration between the two countries. More than 300 top officials are expected to attend, which brings with it a prime opportunity to further solidify this partnership.  Here's what Ohio governor Mike DeWine had to say about the state hosting this event: "Ohio is looking forward to hosting the esteemed MWJA Conference right here in the heart of the Midwest. From Honda to Bridgestone Americas, there is a long history of prosperous collaboration between Ohio and Japan that has created a business environment that benefits the global economy. As the host of this year’s conference, Ohio has a unique opportunity to showcase our innovative business landscape and our best-in-class talent ecosystem that is driving the workforce of the future.” Full story: https://ow.ly/XGgU50RYG6c
