Spending on mental health services that actually improve mental health is critical. So, we need to fund client and system-level measurement in community-based care AND allow providers' time to apply clients' self-reports on improvement/experience to change a program approach as needed. This thought arose from a webinar on Measurement-Based Care, mentioning Value-Based Care too with Melinda Lehman, Dr. Sandra K. Berg, and Dr. David Clark (hosted by Simon Weisz).
