Accreditations are the “quality” backbone of our operation – and are the means of how we ultimately deliver to you, our valued customer.
Whilst we have all the accreditations you would expect from a leading national provider, they are more than ticking a box for us. We actively identify improvement opportunities at every twist and turn. And it’s THIS that we believe sets us apart from the competition.
So we’ve embarked on a refreshed process journey and with the attendance of some of our senior team and their representatives, we’ve taken a refreshed Kaizen approach to our current quality system.
Led by our in-house Compliance Director, Simon Daniels, these interactive and impactful sessions are equipping our teams with QMS mechanics and providing the knowledge and skills to create a leaner and more effective way of working. And far from ticking a box at middle management level, these sessions are attended by a broad mix of the team – including our Group CEO Rob Flinn who was so keen to play his part and give this project backing, that he attended the very first one!
At Marlowe Fire & Security it goes without saying that as holders of ISO9001:2015 we do this work continuously, as the accreditation suggests, but this session provides a different spin on process management and how we interact with our internal stakeholders and ultimately how we continually deliver professional products, services and solutions to you.
Here’s a snap from the day. Any guesses on why we were all making paper snowflakes?
