This year, our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging team hosted a #Juneteenth event out of Reddit's LA office. The event's programming ranged from Alyce Smith Cooper's historical oration to spoken word poetry and African dance performances. Members of our Employee Resource Group, Black People Reddit, flew in from around the country to join in on this block party-style celebration, and local Snoos came ready to learn more about this important holiday and experience Black cultural traditions.

This was an outstanding event! I am grateful to Reddit and our DIB team for celebrating our Black employees and for their continuous focus on building a healthy, inclusive, and supportive community for everyone.

How about giving AAs fair opportunities for career growth on your tech teams, instead of posting pictures of meaningless parties.

There is so much regret that I wasn't there. I am glad you all had fun!
