Keller Army Community Hospital recognizes the 4th Anniversary of the United States Space Force!!! The youngest branch of the U.S. military – organized under the Department of the United States Air Force – was established on December 20, 2019, with the passage of that year’s National Defense Authorization Act. The Space Force was established in recognition that space was a national security imperative. The USSF is responsible for organizing, training, and equipping Guardians to conduct global space operations that enhance the way our joint and coalition forces fight, while also offering decision makers military options to achieve national objectives.
