This powerful solution will enable software development teams to understand where new code changes can have an impact, assess the risk of new code changes, determine if there are code coverage gaps, and resolve bugs introduced with new code changes all in a continuous automation testing cycle. Today is an exciting day at Red Dot as we announce the promotion of Lidor Sigron to Principal.   At Red Dot we evaluate and select our own team members with the same rigor we apply to evaluating founders. If we don’t bring the best to our team, we can’t expect the best founders to choose us.  Lidor joined Red Dot three years ago after working at EY’s Transaction Advisory Services, where he had developed an expertise in assessing the fundamentals and economics of tech businesses. Once joining our team, Lidor demonstrated an exceptional drive to learn and add value to all aspects of our work. He gained immediate recognition from founders, peers, and colleagues for his hard work, and professionalism and proved his talent in sourcing, analyzing deals, and working with our portfolio companies. Lidor has been a significant contributor to the fund’s investments. His attention to detail, curiosity, and common sense approach were paramount to closing some of our best deals - including Granulate, which was acquired by Intel for $650M. We recently announced the first close of our third early-growth fund, and are actively looking to make new investments in Israeli tech companies. As Principal, Lidor will lead new investments alongside his expanding engagement with our portfolio companies.
