Our Client who is an industry leading Construction Company in Lancaster is seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join their dynamic finance team! 💰💲   Position: Staff Accountant Location: Lancaster, PA Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent Experience: 2 - 4 Years in accounting, preferably in construction industry   Job Summary: As a Staff Accountant at our client, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. From preparing journal entries to reconciling accounts and assisting with audits, you'll be at the forefront of our financial success. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize GAAP to prepare and record journal entries - Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly - Assist with annual budget preparation - Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary information - Support project accounting activities - Recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency - Document policies and procedures   Requirements: - Strong understanding of GAAP - Proficiency in MS Excel - Experience in construction industry accounting preferred   Ready to make an impact?
