Hi RBC you made Easter an nightmare for HSBC clients. RBC transfer of HSBC clients is absolute disaster. I have whole laundry list of problems. I keep adding to it and nothing is resolved. I kind of expected some problems but this is disaster. I have spent hours on the phone, even more time on the app, and online, and at least three hours in a branch with the agent could not believe what kind of mess RBC made with my accounts.

3moRBC: my Easter would have been a lot better if the HSBC-RBC transition team had anticipated that some new clients would not be in Canada. You guys do know that there is a world beyond your borders dont you? As a newly minted RBC client dragged unwillingly over from HSBC, this is the only way to now contact you. Via social media. I cannot dial your toll free number from outside Canada and cannot set up at appointment with a branch. Because Im outside Canada. The only two contact options. How do I talk to an actual, competent RBC human if Im outside Canada? In retrospect, a dedicated helpline or email for those forced to transition would have been a great idea…
