On Tuesday, to mark the unveiling of Ralph Lauren's Team USA Opening and Closing Ceremony parade uniforms for #Paris2024, Ralph Lauren President & CEO Patrice Louvet, Chief Branding & Innovation Officer David Lauren, and members of our Enterprise Leadership Team were joined by Team USA athletes Daniela Moroz (Sailing), Jamal Hill (Para Swimming), Kamren Larsen (BMX Racing), and Roderick Townsend (Para Track & Field) on the podium to ring the closing bell for the NYSE. Today, we announced the appointment of Justin Picicci as our Chief Financial Officer, the result of a multi-year succession plan designed to ensure a seamless transition. Joining Ralph Lauren in 2006 and holding progressive senior finance leadership positions around the world, Justin brings a deep understanding of our global business to the role as we continue to execute our Next Great Chapter: Accelerate strategy to deliver long-term sustainable growth and value creation.      Jane Nielsen, who joined as CFO in 2016 and has served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer since 2019, will remain as the Company’s COO.
