Pitchfest at the Housing Innovation Summit featured companies presenting bold, groundbreaking ideas aimed at revolutionizing the housing industry. 🏡 Key themes that emerged through the companies reviewed by our selection committee: ☑ 80% had a sustainability focus ☑ 50% systems based solutions ☑ 30% introduced alternative materials ☑ 30% targeted housing affordability ☑ 40% were led by female founders Here’s a look at this year’s winners: ✔ Judge's Selection: mimic systems, for developing a heat pump for heating and cooling using solid-state refrigerant free technology reducing the maintenance & carbon footprint associated with traditional systems.
