One common question I get when it comes to recruiting is - How different it is recruiting across different markets? Having recruited across APAC, Europe and very recently in the Nordics, the approach to recruitment is very different but they do have many common processes. ➡️ Although I came in as a Senior Recruiter I had the opportunity to share insights but that doesn’t mean you know everything. ➡️ I had a decent learning curve for myself and had to be proactive in my approach and keep an open mind. ➡️ Recruiting in different markets can vary significantly due to cultural nuances, local labor laws, and talent pool dynamics. ➡️ I can’t stress enough about the cultural expectations and adapting hiring strategies to local norms is crucial. ➡️ If you have the Flexibility and appetite to learn you will adapt better to the candidate market. #recruitment #talentacquisition #careers #recruiting
