"I have to talk to a lot of really interesting tech leaders and I have to keep myself well informed, make sure I know what’s going on, what the leading trends are in tech, data, digital.” The Dublin Tech Summit took place recently, bringing together global leaders in innovation, technology and business to shape the future of global trends. Among them was our founder Steven Fuller and C-suite engagement director for The IN Group, Natalie Whittlesey. It’s no secret that tech is evolving at an alarming (and exciting!) rate. 🚀 Although many of the tools out there are getting simpler to pick up and use, there's heaps of new tech becoming available every day, and not all products in digital are created equal. So for this week’s Company Road podcast, I wanted to delve into the deeper work of technology and break out of some of the stereotypes by inviting technologist Charlie Carpinteri from ANZ onto the show. Charlie is a tech and product genius, with a deep well of knowledge and knack for manoeuvrability when it comes to solving complex problems. ⚙️ In our conversation we jump into: 💾 Tech adoption & its challenges 💽 Why being ‘tech-agnostic’ is necessary 🖥 What 2024 looks like for tech innovation in organisations 💻 How to adopt the right mindset fit for the tech changes that must take place Plus… forging the right pathway forward for human & AI collaboration. 🤯 You can view our full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/gWMASbsk If this episode is valuable, I ask you that you share with someone in your networks who this would benefit or TAG someone below. ⬇️ #thecompanyroadpodcast #intrapreneurship #techadoption #technology #artificialintelligence #techinnovation #changemindset #changemanagement

It was an absolute pleasure to speak with Chris Hudson for episode 21 of the Company Road podcast. We had a good chat about technology, adoption, change, mindset and of course, AI. It was my first podcast interview so I was a little nervous and really enjoyed the experience! 🤖 Care to make some predictions for the future of #technology? I asked Amy Czuchlewski, a tech executive for multiple Fortune 500 companies and decades of experience with mobile applications, for some of her predictions for mobile devices and applications and here's her thoughts: 1) AI is going to continue to be a bigger and bigger part of applications, both from a personalization and recommendation standpoint. 2) Text-based entry will be more voice-based over time. 3) Eventually we won't even have a device. We won't need a screen. 👉🏻 What do you predict??? 💡 Learn more from my conversations with tech executives as they share their career advice and insights on the #TechLegacies Video podcast: https://lnkd.in/ggWVwUvj 💙 Huge thank you to CG Infinity for their sponsorship of this podcast and Tech CxO LaunchPad for their partnership. 🎙️ Weekend #podcast highlight: "What this whole generative artificial intelligence dynamic will do is create a new set of tools and systems that if we manage them properly…will actually make for a more productive environment, frankly, safer environments, environments that create more opportunity for all people to participate in.” — Robert F. Smith, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Vista Equity Partners, on a recent episode of the C-Suite Perspectives podcast hosted by Dr. Lori Esposito Murray of The Conference Board. “I've had, I call it the great privilege to be at the center of parts of this and enterprise software and understanding and figuring out that bringing systemic change to companies, not just in their operations and performance, but the way they create inclusive environments so that we can get the best out of people, I think is going to make a major difference in the way that technology hits and impacts our society in the US one, but also provide more leadership in how other countries can engage the parts of their constituency to be more productive and frankly provide real value to the community of humanity and work that we do together.” On the importance of building diverse workforces: “I would recommend that businesses continue to lean forward in building out diverse workforces. The data is clear. It's overwhelmingly clear…We would be foolish and would shoot ourselves in the foot if we start to move to places where we're not understanding that data and not embracing what those opportunity sets represent.” On the critical need for widely-available broadband internet (an issue important to me personally, living in a rural area): “We took on this initiative and now convened over 45 town halls in these HBCU-anchored communities here directly from the people, gathered the data and put together now over 70 broadband plans now that are now part of the overall plans are now getting submitted to the state governments…And now we'll see, hopefully the funding will be done equitably. And if not, we'll be back to figure that out.” Check out the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/gsUTFQtm

Experienced Managing Broker Unison - Jane Hoffman Realty and HM Commercial Realty | Licensed in Trading Services and Property Management | Kelowna, North Vancouver
No ceiling is too high. There are a couple ways to see the world; through the lens of Fear or Opportunity. Opportunity is the understanding that nothing in life stays stagnant and embracing that fact. And quite literally using that knowing as a way to propel and create brilliance as the future unfolds. Companies right now, from start-ups to large corporations have an opportunity, and albeit, an urgent calling to embrace technology and the world around them. Think software and hardware. Every company is a tech company whether they want to believe it or not. Take a listen to Reid Hoffman's latest podcast episode: https://lnkd.in/gZekMpT2 Being an opportunist, opens the mind to think critically - how do we leverage the fact that we have these technological advancements to benefit the economy and society broadly, and as Reid continues to say - that is where the intellectual work needs to be done. Experiment vigorously. #business #tech #AI #embrace #opportunity #tech #technology
