Job Roles & Responsibilities:
● Leave Management
1. Leave Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all employee leave (SL, CL, PL)
2. Approval Process: Manage the leave request and approval process, ensuring timely responses
3. Reporting: Generate and analyze leave reports
● Attendance Management
1. Monitoring: Track employee attendance using timekeeping systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Reporting: Compile attendance data to create reports for management review.
3. Issue Resolution: Address attendance issues, working with supervisors to implement corrective actions as needed.
4. System Management: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of attendance tracking systems.
● Policy Management
1. Communication: Clearly communicate policies to employees through induction sessions and other communication channels.
2. Enforcement: Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all departments and branches.
3. Compliance: Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure company policies remain compliant.
● Quarterly Branch Visits
1. Branch Visits: Conduct quarterly visits to each branch in entire North East for inspection.
2. Employee Engagement: Interact with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a positive workplace environment
3. Support: Provide on-site support to employees on HR practices and policies.
4. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any HR-related issues at the branch level during visits
● Payroll Management
1. Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
2. Compliance: Ensure payroll practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations
3. Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate payroll records and address any discrepancies promptly
4. Coordination: Work with finance and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and accurate financial reporting
● General Responsibilities
1. Data Management: Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records
2. Communication: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
3. Coordination: Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
● Skills and Competencies
1. Attention to Detail: Essential for managing payroll and maintaining accurate records
2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from attendance, leave, and payroll systems to identify trends and issues
