Just wrapped up an inspiring BVSSH Patterns and Antipatterns for Business Agility class, and what an incredible week it has been! I had the privilege of hosting participants from South Africa, Australia, Ireland, and the UK, making it a truly global experience. 🌍 Throughout the training, we delved into various patterns, such as focusing on outcomes, achieving big through small, the power of invitation over infliction, the critical role of leadership behavior, building the right thing, continuous compliance, ensuring technical excellence, and enabling a culture of continuous learning. We explored topics like defining measurable outcomes, the benefits of leading and lagging indicators, enabling alignment to value, and visualizing and improving the flow of value. What made this experience truly unique was that all exercises were tailored to the specific organizational contexts of our attendees. Here's some valuable feedback from the attendees: "Takes the theory and makes it practical so I can see how I can apply it in my work setting" "Great OKR examples!" "Lot of useful concepts that can be applied organisation wide." "It is practical for day to day and larger strategic initiatives" "It focusses attention on the right mindset" "Connecting with peers from other organisations is great to understand shared problems" Thank you to all the participants for making this class an awesome experience with your high energy, experience sharing, and great dialogs.
