CHEERS TO 100 YEARS 💯 We love to honor our history, which is why we won't stop celebrating it. In a lively gathering, we recently marked our latest milestone, celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Gebrüder Dassler Sportschuhe (GeDa), the foundation of our PUMA brand today. A total of 100 guests from PUMA, adidas, and the city of Herzogenaurach came together to recognize the legacy that has shaped the sports industry for over a century. Among the attendees were family members of the founders of GeDa and of course, our CEO, Arne Freundt, couldn't miss this memorable gathering, adding to the significance of this special occasion. Cheers to the next century! 🥳

Happy anniversary 🎂 It's been just over a year since our Voices of RE:Generation joined us on our journey to a #ForeverBetter Future, and it has been nothing but inspiring. In just one year Luke Jaque-Rodney, Jade Roche, Aishwarya Sharma, and Andrew Burgess have visited PUMA HQ's, explored some of our manufacturing partners in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Turkey, and delved into impactful projects like RE:GEN REPORTS, RE:SUEDE and RE:FIBRE. "The Voices are co-creating with PUMA in a wide range of projects to help PUMA to communicate and engage in a way that resonates with their generation and addresses the things that matter to them and their future.” said Anne-Laure Descours, CSO at PUMA. Let’s make it BETTER. 💚 In 2023 we made strides towards our climate goals, achieving our first science-based greenhouse gas reduction target 7 years ahead of schedule and reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by 24%... Today we’re excited to share that Time Magazine and Statista have recognized PUMA as one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies in 2024. Ranking us in 67th place out of 500 companies overall and first in the category of Apparel, Footwear and Sporting Goods. Thank you #PUMAFAM for the role you play in helping us to become #ForeverBetter across our entire business. Despite this recognition, there is always more to be done. Let’s go!

This is what we call a summer party success🌞 Everyone could feel the #PUMAFam spirit and the highlight was seeing everyone connect and celebrate with delicious burgers, finger foods, and refreshing drinks that kept us energized and happy. We also witnessed some impressive and fun dance moves that kept the energy and smiles flowing all night. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success, from planning to services, and of course, participation. Your enthusiasm and energy were the keys to a memorable day! On this day in 1924, two brothers would change the sports industry forever. Today, together with adidas, we celebrate 100 years since Adi and Rudolf Dassler registered the ‘Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik’, the foundation for what will become two of the biggest sports companies in the world today. We mark this day with pride as we work to continue the legacy of our respective founders. Here's to the next century!

This includes PUMA’s owned and operated stores, our website puma.com, and several online marketplaces. With more than 10 years of experience in leadership positions in digital sales and consumer-focused business strategies, we're thrilled to have Erik on board to elevate our DTC customer experience and drive further brand heat.
