❓ Are we really identifying, attracting and hiring talent based on where they were (what industry, sector), what roles they held, based on who we usually hired for roles or are we consciously focusing on bringing the diversity of thought to the table? I have been a strong advocate of the culture add and a diversity of thought hiring for over a decade now. What surprises me is that hiring for skills as a win for diversity, equity and inclusion is being called out as an upcoming TA trend in 2024 (https://lnkd.in/dq2yxMCw). I believe that as Talent Partners we should already be equipped to guide and educate leaders and work in strong partnership living and breathing the skills add-on and diversity of thought.
