Come and join our clients team!!!   Desired Education/Experience: Matric Relevant business focused qualification MBA or other postgraduate qualification advantageous 7-10 years of experience in franchising or related business development roles Proven track record in franchise management or expansion Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of South African franchise laws and regulations   Roles and Responsibilities: Leading the development of Franchising’s short and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with company short-term and long-term objectives Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities Identify target markets and growth opportunities Securing financially sound new franchisees Manage all enquiries into the Brand and Franchise opportunities Presentation of company concept and brand to possible franchisees Assist with the interviewing of possible Franchisees Maintain positive relationships with existing franchisees Manage franchise agreements and contracts Sourcing AAA sites and negotiate landlord contributions, rentals, and escalations Running of feasibility studies Negotiate tenant arrivals with landlords/developers to reduce the setup cost of new stores. Compile and complete all legal files for all new sites Support new franchisees in the develop of financial business plans Network with landlords and developers Efficiently and effectively manage the handover of new sites to franchisees Hand hold new franchisees through the opening of their business Manage the debtors’ book for all new projects and ensure all monies are paid prior to store openings Package: R60 000 - R70 000 Incentives Mail CV's to: [email protected]
