You can learn how to become a leader but you cannot learn to become a natural leader because what it takes to be one is within you, you were born with it! Ps. I don't feel good reading publications on how to be an inspiring leader (buzz words) let's be honest, not everyone is and won't be one, even if they complete hundreds of trainings or workshops.

Not forgetting social intelligence...good leaders also recognize the strengths and potential of their team members and encourage and challenge them. This results in loyal, self-confident and inspired employees who are willing and able to carry out their tasks in a targeted manner.
