As we gear up for our official app release mid May, we took a moment to step back and measure how we're doing through what we like to call a "Pre-Launch Market Fit" survey. This concept, inspired by the PMF survey popularized by Sean Ellis, helps us gauge the anticipated impact of Budggy even before it hits the market. 15th of January, so 4% of the year already done (yes)! But still it is good to check what was done and achieved on last year, items such as: ✅ Move to a new location ✅ ISO certification ✅ 9,2 customer satisfaction ✅ Financial success ✅ 99,99 % uptime (despite new records in amount of transactions going through the platform) ✅ Mobile app and client site launches And of course you should not forget the daily work done through the year by various teams @Finnplay, that is not visible on the numbers (but building foundation for those): - 10 new integrations (and updates to existing) - Close to 500 Jira stories resolved - Hiring and expanding the team - Numerous amount of customers calls, meetings and webinars - Etc.
