Great words from Susan Walsh, The Classification Guru Ltd. I find it's far too hyped up. I feel like there is an AI tool for EVERYTHING, when as Susan says, it works for certain areas, but it does not mean we need it in every single part of our lives 😆
Great work! Thoroughly enjoyed hearing everyone's thoughts on this. If we're honest, I think we're all struggling to get our heads around what AI REALLY means for the industry. Might it be time for a ProcureCon AI report? Or a chapter in the upcoming post-event report at the very least?
