Unfortunately we have agreed to dump an interview - the first time this has happened to us. As previously announced, we were looking forward to bringing you a wide ranging 2hr discussion with 8 medical and health practitioners from Australia and the U.K. on why they were censored, and how to fight medical censorship on a psychological front. Post interview, we were not able to accommodate requests for redactions, edits and re-records, as our interview catalogue has always been real, authentic and a source you can trust to reflect the nuance, depth and complexity of human conversations exactly as they happened. So we apologise to our public audience for not delivering this conversation. We can simplify this with an aphorism: Personality testing is the astrology of the modern manager.
It's baffling to me that employers are still hoodwinked into shelling out cash for personality tests given the number of studies that debunk their predictive abilities: https://lnkd.in/ekZph_sw Rather funny when you consider most of the people who rely on these personality tests for hiring, promotion, etc. probably consider themselves "data-driven" (or is "data-informed" the new catchphrase?).
