Do you have a strong candidate pipeline? The easiest way to maintain a pipeline is in your ATS. Create a pipeline requisition for each standard job title. For example, you may list pipeline folders under the title RN Long-Term Care, RN ICU, EVS, Radiology, etc. These pipeline requisition are not posted. As you fill positions, funnel second place candidates and any other strong candidates who did not receive an offer to your pipeline folders. Then, establish a routine of reaching out to your pipeline candidates at least once a month to keep them engaged until a similar position becomes available.
