Is your organization walking the talk? At OF/BY/FOR ALL, we believe that CARE lies at the heart of everything we do. But here's the thing: empty words won't cut it. We need to embody care and practice equity to truly avoid exploiting communities through performative allyship and manipulation. In a world dominated by patriarchy, white supremacy, and capitalism, we all have the power to harm. That's why relational care is absolutely crucial. So, let's take a moment to reflect on our organization's actions and relationships. Are we truly living up to our missions and goals? From staff interactions at all levels to our partnerships with community members and even the way we treat the land we work on, every aspect matters. So ask yourself: Is your organization in alignment with its true self? #WalkingTheTalk #EmbodyingCare #AuthenticityMatters

https://lnkd.in/es6yMM8E A Letter to The Wind Dear Wind, In times of prosperity, it's easy to overlook those most in need. However, as stewards of society, it's our solemn duty to ensure that the vulnerable among us are protected and that those who have fallen on hard times receive the support they require to stand tall once more. While grand projects and monumental structures may capture attention and awe, it's the collective well-being of all members of our community that truly defines our success. Just as resources are allocated to construct towering pyramids, we must also allocate resources to ensure that every individual has access to the basic necessities of life. Let us remember that the strength of a society lies not in its monuments but in its compassion and solidarity. By extending a helping hand to the most vulnerable and uplifting those who have stumbled, we uphold the values of justice, empathy, and equality. Together, let's strive to create a society where every person, regardless of their circumstances, can thrive and contribute their unique gifts to the world. With determination and compassion, Dr. Bile

How much worse can it get before everyone realises that our governments are not serving us. There are no solutions to fix this unimaginable mess in the current system. We have to think out of the box, and do something we have never done before - unite and cooperate. Only through unity and cooperation, and collaboration, can we achieve prosperity and abundance for all. The ONE SMALL TOWN initiative has been building this structure since 2005. We are ready. We are doing it, for ourselves and our families and our communities. There is no other solution available. So, join us. It's a beautiful feeling. Become a seed of consciousness in your community. Start by becoming a member of ONE SMALL TOWN, and tell everyone. The next few months will be critical in laying a strong global foundation of connected, and united communities across the world. Www.onesmalltown.org In unity, Michael Tellinger.

Creating The Future of Entertainment Sustainability | Historically Accurate Educational Impact Experience Park | Helping Legends CRE8 Eternity | buildspace 🏡EREVALD 💚 ActaAssavist 😤
Dear Williamson County Community, We are thrilled to present “Haunted Texas,” a project born from the spirit of our heritage and a vision for our future. This is much more than a theme park—it’s a beacon for economic growth and a catalyst for unity in our community. Economic Revitalization: “Haunted Texas” promises a wave of job opportunities, from the craftsmen shaping our attractions to the tech wizards behind our virtual experiences. We are not just building a park; we are uplifting local businesses and crafting a tourist destination that will channel vital revenue back into our beloved county, enhancing public services and infrastructure. Social Harmony: At its core, “Haunted Texas” will be a gathering place—a venue for events that weave the fabric of our society tighter, fostering pride and solidarity. Our interactive exhibits aren’t just about thrills; they’re about education, about delving into the depths of our state’s past to bring to light the stories that shaped us. A Safer Community: Our youth are the architects of tomorrow, and through “Haunted Texas,” we offer them a path away from the crossroads of delinquency. By partnering with justice programs, we’re also paving a road to redemption for ex-offenders, believing in second chances and the power of rehabilitation. Family Bonds: Families are the cornerstone of Williamson County, and our park is dedicated to creating a space where they can forge lifelong memories. We understand the challenges faced by families of incarcerated individuals and extend our support to them, aiming to bring solace and joy into their lives. Preventing Crime, Promoting Trust: We stand with the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition in the belief that prevention is pivotal. “Haunted Texas” will actively support diversion programs for at-risk youth and collaborate with law enforcement to build bridges of trust between them and the communities they protect. “Haunted Texas” is more than a name; it’s a commitment to our county’s prosperity, security, and heart. Join us as we turn this vision into a legacy for generations to come. Sincerely, AmyBTrippinYo on X #HauntedTexas #WilliamsonCounty #CommunityFirst #EcoFriendlyFun #TexasJobs #LocalTourism #HistoricTexas #FamilyEntertainment #SocialImpact #JusticeReform #CrimePrevention #YouthEngagement #EconomicGrowth #SustainableDevelopment #TexasPride

This could not be more true. Being in Sales and having multiple mentors and guides, one of the most important if not THE most important thing I’ve learned is to be human. Sure we have quotas and goals and bills to pay but no sales strategy or skill is going to work if you can’t be human and relatable and personable when speaking with clients and prospects. We all have things going on and being able to take the pressure off of someone interested in you and what you have to offer by just listening and being understanding of their needs and wants is the ultimate blueprint in my opinion to not only closing more deals, but having a solid and trustworthy relationship with your clients after the sale. While every person you speak to is a potential opportunity, it’s easy to forget that they are also human and there’s a relationship and conversation to be made and nurture and it starts with you.
Business is human. It's about humanity and people. It's about building a community and getting people to know you.
