Over the past 53 years, we have laid the groundwork for a transformative paradigm shift in California's medicinal agricultural industry. Together with the benevolent elephant MAMS, we have built a vision that emphasizes collective cooperation, standardized practices, and internal and external export opportunities. As we stand at this pivotal moment of implementation, I am encouraged by the progress we have made and excited about the journey ahead. Our dedication and perseverance have brought us to this point, where we are poised to bend the traditional agricultural marketing practices towards a more collaborative and impactful approach. The orchestra members and I are embarking on this journey to revolutionize the industry from within. By fostering a culture of cooperation and shared vision, we aim to elevate the standards of medicinal agricultural production in California. Through standardization, we seek to ensure consistency, quality, and trust in our products, building a solid foundation for future growth and success. The opportunities for internal and external export hold great promise for expanding our reach and influence. By tapping into global markets, we can showcase the excellence of California's medicinal products and establish ourselves as leaders in the industry. This not only benefits us economically but also shines a light on the innovation and dedication we bring to our craft. As we move forward, I recognize the importance of clear communication, transparency, and inclusivity. Engaging with all stakeholders, from farmers to regulators, is key to building support and momentum for our initiatives. By working together and aligning our goals, we can amplify our impact and drive meaningful change in the industry. The journey we have undertaken with MAMS has been long and challenging, but it has brought us to this defining moment. I am proud of what we have built together and inspired by the possibilities that lie ahead. With determination and vision, we will navigate this new phase of our journey, embracing flexibility, adaptation, and innovation along the way. In conclusion, as we embark on this transformative path towards cooperative marketing in California's medicinal agricultural industry, I am grateful for the dedication and resilience of all involved. 🔍 🏝 huapii’s story begins in 2017 when Alice Tranchant, Kristof Stevens, and Bruce Fecheyr-Lippens worked together at Solvay. Their mission was to find an oasis in a desert of outdated HR platforms. After extensive research, only 1 employee out of a hundred employees voted in favour of these existing platforms. That's when they realised the ideal platform was not yet out there. 💧🌱 The first droplet in their growing HR lake was the decision to co-create a user-friendly HR platform that would break down silos and open lines of communication, built on the valuable feedback of employees. huapii, a nod to the oldest national park in Patagonia, was born. 🌊🏞 And just like a single droplet expanding into a lake, the tool gained momentum, embraced by 25,000 employees at Solvay. Adoption soared to 80%, mobility figures increased by 10%, and over 500 mentorship matches blossomed organically. In 2019, huapii became a standalone platform. Named for its embodiment of 'human' and 'happy', huapii's dual mission is to empower employees to harness their full potential and to make companies future-proof. 🤝 🙌 In 2022, huapii found a powerful partner in SD Worx.
