Love this. Simple and practical ideas to allow more voices to be heard. As someone leaning more towards extroversion a couple of behaviors I’ve found useful are: (1) to ‘hit pause and count to 4’ to allow space for colleagues who have different preferences to speak in groups and; (2) to be more planful when collaborating and asking for input, by sharing meeting purposes and agendas in advance. The outcomes and conversations are always much richer, interesting and enjoyable.
