What an inspiring #PrideMonth we had at Poshmark celebrating our diverse community. A highlight was our fireside chat with LGBTQ activist Chella Man, who shared their profound insights on living authentically: "Behind all the labels, we have our own energy and [our] own personhood... We all know ourselves. However, the way society sets things up for us, unfortunately, makes everyone somewhat the same. Instead [we should] tell everyone to love themselves and their own characteristics for who they are, because that really is so beautiful." We invite you to share your own stories of authenticity in the comments and use #PoshLove to join the conversation. Let's continue to celebrate this community all year long!

HRBP/ Manager at LIXIL Water Technology Americas | Problem Solver | Life Long Learner | Champion of People
Real change begins with education. I am proud that LIXIL offers many learning opportunities to create a more inclusive workplace – no judgment, no assessments – just opportunities to raise awareness, reflect on our own experiences, educate ourselves to learn and grow and ultimately, be an advocate. Recently, I attended Fostering LGBTQ Allyship at Work by Out & Equal. It was a powerful and practical session using everyday situations to demonstrate how we can Listen, Educate, Notice and Speak up to become a true ally to our colleagues, friends and family members. #OneLIXIL #LIXIL #DEI #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth Leverage your voice. Work through your discomfort to grow. Be an Upstander. Diversity only makes us stronger.

Director at Mist LGBTQ Foundation | Mr Gay India 2020 | Core team LGBTQ Affairs at All India Professional Cong
It's Pride Month, and while there are important conversations to be had, let's also have some fun! Today, we're playing a game of "Would You Rather" with a fabulous LGBTQ twist. Get ready to ponder and maybe share some real talk in the comments! 3. Would you rather attend a secret, inclusive Pride party with close friends or attend a large, public Pride march where you might not know anyone? 2. Would you rather have a supportive, understanding group of LGBTQ friends online or have one accepting family member who "gets it"? 3. Would you rather have the confidence to wear your Pride colors openly or have the ability to advocate for LGBTQ rights anonymously? Bonus: Would you rather tell your crush you like them, knowing there's a chance of rejection, or stay silent and wonder "what if"? These are just some starters! Share your own "Would You Rather" questions for LGBTQ folks in the comments! #DesiPride #RealTalkPride #LetsGetHonest

Our Mission - Kyra Gleeson We want to make an impactful lasting and positive change within the workplace and in society. Together we need to break down those barriers which are currently there creating the divide. We want everyone to be equal without fear. To redefine and create the new ‘NORMAL’. We want everyone to have the freedom and comfort in researching, learning and better educating themselves on the LGBTQ community. To have the confidence to ask questions and being more open minded to learn and understand rather than being scared of saying the wrong thing. Only by asking questions can we learn and grow. Let’s all create a safe space for everyone to flourish and be their authentic self. We have 3 key messages to remember which will help make this dream become a reality: Love is Love Unified we Succeed Only by speaking out can we create a lasting change #PrideMonth #ConnectWithPride #LoveIsLove

Binary-smashing activist & Educator. LGBTQ & Bisexual Speaker. One of "9 bi women who are making history."-Teen Vogue
If you were inspired by this week's posts on bi discussion groups, today's resource might be just what you need! Here's a copy of the Bisexual Resource Center's 'Growing a Bi Community: A Handbook for Facilitators’: "“You can start your own group.” It’s much easier said than done. Starting a support or social group, especially in an area with very little visible LGBTQ community in the first place, can be draining. However, the rewards that come with bringing together a new community of folks who know and share similar bi lives can be significant for both the facilitator(s) and the attendees. You might ask, “But how do I do that? Where do I start?” You can start here." https://lnkd.in/gqTkvz9H #bihealth #biplushealth #BiHealthMonth

Is your Pride Month campaign neuro-inclusive? We're totally against rainbow-washing, but if you want to elevate the voices of LGBTQ creators and brands this Pride Month, you need to be authentic and inclusive. That means: 🌈 Using ALT text on all images 🌈 Accepting and using individuals' preferred language 🌈 Making space for intersectional content 🌈 Considering sensory needs for bright/flashy content 🌈 Understanding that ND folks may have a different experience of being LGBTQ than neurotypical people Got it? Now go forth and create fantastic, neuro-inclusive copy that lets your audience know you're committed to driving change. #PrideMonth #Neurodiversity #Neuroinclusive #InclusiveContent
