How must communication be designed to make leadership effective and change feasible? When incremental changes are probably not enough, how do we make improvement and radical changes actually make happen? For this years European Forum Alpbachs work session „In the loop: Become a facilitator for the Circular Economy“ the "3 Horizons Method" offered a simple framework to guide conversations about the future into meaningful actions. It brings three perspectives together – the manager, the visionary, the entrepreneur- in one constructive way and together we create a map that helps us to work out where we are , where we want to be and how to get there. It gives us the „balcony perspective“ to get a clearer view of the bigger picture and a shared language for working together.
