Part 3: You know you are a natural-born project manager when… …you are in a meeting when someone asks for a volunteer to lead another random non-work-related initiative. You have to force yourself keep your hand down. You cannot be involved in EVERYTHING, for God’s sake. …you attend a PTA meeting run by well-meaning people who have never facilitated a meeting before or presented information to large crowds. You try to keep your face as neutral as possible and not react to the abject chaos that ensues. …your grocery list is a template you made for your exact grocery store. There is a column for each aisle containing a checklist for the items that you typically buy on that aisle. Other shoppers sometimes look over your shoulder to check out your list and ask you incredulously where you got it. Relax, they are just jealous.

However, the topics discussed are closely aligned with what my day-to-day could look like.

That sounds like a productive day! Creating a project marks sheet can be a valuable tool for tracking progress and performance. And linking LinkedIn profiles to the description can add a professional touch, providing additional context and credibility. It's a great way to showcase the team's skills and expertise. If you need any further assistance or advice on your project, feel free to ask!

Are you a creative and have trouble stopping scrope creep once you begin a project? Do you know how to say "no" that's not in the plan? If you know how to say it - do you?
