#Freetobe 🙌 Free to be unique. Free to be yourself. Free to be the #Pluxeer you want to be. This was the call to action of our first global digital DE&I Day. Aurelien Sonet, Laure POURAGEAUD, and Lise YESSOUROUR WERLE guided our teams from around the world through our DE&I priorities: gender diversity, disability, and generations. Employees are at the core of who we are and what we do: creating a more joyful and meaningful life. For us, it starts with fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and respected. Walking the talk, we recorded: - 86/100 Gender Equality Index globally in 2023 - 45% of women within our global managers community - 87% of Pluxeers consider that we truly value diversity and we intend to reach 42% of women in Pluxee leadership positions by 2026, from 38,8% today. Fostering inclusivity is also about better understanding invisible disabilities, which represent around 80% of disabilities worldwide. Thank you to the Pluxeers who shared their personal experiences with their disabilities at work. A big shout-out to our stunning DE&I community all over the world who make things happen daily on the ground 🤝 Let’s (continue to) build a future where everyone is #FreeToBe ✨ Gergana Iordanova, Madhur Sansi, Nupur Bhatia, Théo PATRIER DELUNSCH, Priya Dronadula, Ignacio Zamorano, Rosa Beltran, Carlos Ferrer Marulanda, Olivier MOENS, Razwana Wahid, Alexandra Belcheva, Aneta Typoltová, Tom Nash, Bruna Bueno Gabriel, Antoine BENECH, Marine Tissard, Fabien Figula Letort, Ayumi Moore Aoki, Tiffany A. Pluxee Thank you for this opportunity to enrich our perspectives and share our experiences 🤗
Thank you Pluxee for allowing me to be a part of this special day! I wish you success in your DEI journey 😉
Thanks for the tag!
Best of luck!
Well done!
Great to see all of Pluxee being so supportive of diversity! While we've made significant strides, it's crucial to address the underrepresentation of genderqueer individuals in our workforce and community. Let's continue to push for broader and more inclusive visibility. 💚🌈
